adidas ZX 4000

The adidas ZX-series is probably one of the most famous series in the history of running. More than 22 different models have been designed and developed to suit anybody, any style and any level of athletic ability. adidas Originals designed the runners to cover nearly every terrain - from Sunday joggers to long distance runners, from the adidas ZX 220 to ZX 9000.

The adidas ZX 4000 was originally developed in 1989 as a hard wearing shoe suitable for both training and competition, today it has become a part of the urban street scene. After the sneaker returned in its OG colorway last year, adidas Originals now presents another drop of retro-inspired styles of this icon.

The new ZX 4000 models feature a suede and mesh upper in light base colors, while bright accents like yellow, pink and blue add that vintage 90s flavor. A Torsion logo on the sidewalls hints at the well-tried cushioning system. And in addition, classic Trefoil branding appears on the tongue label and heel.
